  SHIPPING POLICY 

European Union & United Kingdom  |  Effective Date: April 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store and covers deliveries within the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK). It is drafted in compliance with applicable consumer protection legislation, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and related distance selling rules.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

📋  Under EU and UK distance selling rules, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, including a summary of your order, total price, and estimated delivery date.

2. Shipping Destinations

2.1 European Union (EU)

We ship to all 27 EU member states, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

2.2 United Kingdom (UK)

We ship to England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Please note that since Brexit, orders shipped between the EU and the UK may be subject to customs checks and import duties (see Section 6).

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

3.1 Within the EU

·     Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

·     Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

·     Free Shipping: Available on orders over €75 — 5–8 business days

3.2 Within the UK

·     Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

·     Express Shipping: Next working day (order before 2pm)

·     Free Shipping: Available on orders over £60 — 3–5 business days

⚠️  Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand periods, carrier issues, or customs inspections. We will notify you of any significant delays as required by EU and UK law.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase, in compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 6 and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

4.1 EU Shipping Rates

·     €4.99

·     Express: €9.99

·     Free Threshold: Free on orders over €75

4.2 UK Shipping Rates

·     £3.99

·     Express: £7.99

·     Free Threshold: Free on orders over £60

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can monitor your delivery status at any time.

If you have not received your tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.

6. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

6.1 Within the EU

For orders shipped within the EU, no customs duties apply. VAT is included in the displayed price in accordance with EU VAT regulations. If your country has specific VAT exemption rules, please contact us before ordering.

6.2 EU–UK Cross-Border Shipments

Following Brexit, shipments between the EU and the UK are subject to customs regulations. Orders may be subject to:

·     UK import VAT (20%) on goods entering the UK from the EU

·     EU import VAT on goods entering the EU from the UK

·     Customs duties depending on the value and classification of goods

💡  For orders under £135 (UK) or €150 (EU), import VAT is typically collected at the point of sale and remitted by us. For higher-value orders, duties may be collected upon delivery. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

7.1 EU Consumers

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing (email or letter) within 14 days of delivery.

Once we receive the returned goods in their original condition, we will refund the full purchase price including standard delivery costs within 14 days, using the same payment method used for purchase.

7.2 UK Consumers

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. The same conditions as EU law apply regarding refund timelines and methods.

7.3 Return Shipping Costs

·     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

·     We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

·     Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be returned at our expense.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item(s) upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

If your tracked parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

📦  Under EU and UK consumer law, the risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. Until that point, the seller bears the risk.

9. Force Majeure

We will not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or carrier disruptions. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and work to resolve the situation.
